All products are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
All purchases are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and compliance on our behalf. By purchasing our products, you agree to Paddle's terms of service available at paddle.com/legal/terms.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
For subscription products (e.g., LinkedCRM Pro), billing occurs on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, you may request a full refund by contacting us at hello@dextensions.xyz.
Refunds will not be issued after 14 days. Subscription renewals are non-refundable after the renewal date. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for personal or commercial use, subject to the following restrictions. You may not:
Template kits (such as Chrome Extension Kit) may be used as a base for building your own products. The resulting products are yours; however, the template itself may not be resold or redistributed.

All content on dextensions.xyz — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, and source code — is the property of dextensions.xyz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without express written permission.
Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no representations about the suitability of our products for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dextensions.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our products may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as LinkedIn, Google Chrome, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our products at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the product ceases immediately.
